Thanks for contacting World Warfare Support.

Please tap the soldier icon at left side of your screen and all your troops should show up there on that list. Tap on them and the screen will switch to where they are.

If you can't find them on that list, tap the Mail icon at the left of the screen (or notebook icon at right) to trace back to what happened to them in Battlefield Messages/Battle Log.
